Established in 1987, Blue Streak Electronics (BSE) was one of the first remanufacturers of automotive control modules in North America. After two years of research and development, the first remanufactured unit left our plant in the spring of 1989. In 1992 BSE became affiliated with Standard Motor Products, one of the largest and most respected automotive corporations in the world. Together, we revolutionized the automotive electronic remanufacturing industry and raised it to a new level.

Blue Streak Europe Limited was also founded in the same year as a joint venture between Blue Streak Electronics of Canada and Intermotor Limited.

Blue Streak Europe Limited expanded with the acquisition of Injection Correction Limited, the ECU remanufacturing division of Webcon UK.
